He Stood in the Hallway by Boley Quine

He stood in the hallway graciously casting his shadow on me,
He stretched forth his hand to claim my waist.
"I love you" he whispered under his breath.
Eyes closed, he leaned into me,
Deepening the kiss and inhaling my breath.
I could feel his heart beat against my bossoms,
So melodious that I almost danced to it.
He withdrew the kiss to look into my eyes,
I bet he was searching for something.
He leaned in again tracing my jaw line with his tongue,
With this he sent butterflies to dominate my stomach.
Oh my!!! What a feeling.
I reached out to touch his moist face.
Only this time I knew he was far.
For I was standing behind them in the hallway.
