THE BIG PICTURE

As humans, we're awash with many traits and talents. Our body is a depository of knowledge, intelligence and imaginations; there exist a linear correlation amongst this and that is effectiveness. What is the value of a knowledge that is not effective? What is the value of intelligence that is not effective? What is the value of imaginations that is not effective?

As someone once define success, he said: *success is a progressive realization of a predetermined worthy goals.* What is your goal in life? Do you want to be a success? Or you want your dreams to be real in thoughts but never come to fruition?

At a point in life, there would be an awakening from your soul. It will ask you what is your talent? What is your passion? What is your mission? If you haven't figure it out before now, now is the time for that great tomorrow you've been dreaming of. Remember that the world needs people who have come alive, that is, people who have realize their talent and how to channel it towards achieving sustainable developmental goals *(SDG)*. You can make your research on what SDG is all about. But in the meantime, have you come alive? Is there a fire burning within you that you're constantly trying to suppress because of an excuse that is only a bad omen to your growth. Nobody in this world had all they have ever wanted or dreamed of. So, why choosing to hide in the shadows of excuses?

Some people knew their talent but still remain to be a mediocre. Why? It is because talent is not and will never be enough. When you think your talent is enough, there would be room for excuses, thereby debarring you from failing forward and ultimately you won't be effective. Failing forward is better than not making any attempt.

Let that spark in you give you the right initiative to turn it into electricity that will illuminate millions of minds. Dare to be a success today not tomorrow, because tomorrow is not guaranteed.

If you're wondering on how to start, I will recommend some powerful books beautifully crafted by great Authors.
1. Talent is never enough by John C. Maxwell
2. No excuses by Brian Tracy
3. Failing forward by John C. Maxwell
4. The seven habits of highly effective people by Steven R. Covey.

Read the books listed above in that order and you will be glad you did. When we read books, we immerse ourselves in the author's thoughts, imaginations, beliefs and perceptions. We remain submerged therein, and this brings out a paradigm shift in us, we either remain lost or find our own way out of the author's ideas. Consequently, fresh ideas and views are born. Remember readers are leaders.

Take charge of your life!
